Classroom Psych Wards & Your Student – An Unwitting Patient – by Jeannie Georges

On Wednesday, Sept. 20, a press conference was held in Indianapolis at the State House. This was the kick-off for a national effort to repeal the “Every Student Succeeds Act” (ESSA) and to restore the “Family Education Rights and Privacy Act” (FERPA) by over-turning President Obama’s Executive Order 12866 that neutered FERPA.

As it stands today, these pieces of legislation initiate true child abuse in every classroom in America. Dr. Duke Pesta began reading the violations. After a few minutes, someone from the Secretary of Education’s office stepped out of her office and shortly thereafter the microphone went dead. Dr. Pesta, being a powerful speaker, needed no microphone. The ladies, Mary Black (Indiana state chairman), Glenna Jehl (school board member) and Karen Bracken (one of four national coordinators) were forced to over-come, what they perceived as sabotage, in different ways to get the message to those assembled.

Their message was that ESSA makes it lawful – and requires – our schools to collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) on babies, children and teachers with a unique national ID that few, if any, parents even know about.

All of this is done without the knowledge or consent of parents. State departments of education have entered into written agreements with businesses, foundations, and other departments to release PII. This privacy violation, set off by President Obama’s executive order, is now established as law. PII “womb to workforce” data, stolen in the classroom, is freely given to 3rd party contractors (who will profit from that data) by every state Department of Education.

ESSA mandates that this Personally Identifiable Information (collected attitudes, values, beliefs, and dispositions – “grit”) will be carried out by Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). ALL students, birth through college-aged, are identified under Title 1 for behavior change. If they cannot be diagnosed with a psychological problem, they can be identified as being “at-risk” or “at-risk of being at-risk”. This is monitored and evaluated for compliance on the national level by the Institute for Educational Sciences (IES) and the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES).

Psychiatric or psychological treatment and interventions are deceptively used in classrooms without knowledge, disclosure, or written permission of parents. These are profound violations of 1st Amendment protections of our God-given right to “right of conscience”.

The federal government is supervising and directing curriculum creating a “model national curriculum” and a national test. The standards are the same Common Core standards that people think were abandoned after many nation-wide protests. Not only is Common Core alive and well in ESSA, but, NCES/IES evaluates and monitors students, teachers, funding, principals, schools, districts, and states for mental health data.

Teachers and preschool caregivers, (exceeding their professional certifications), are required to screen, evaluate, perform unreliable behavioral assessments, and implement psychological remediation of the children’s attitudes, values, beliefs, and dispositions to comply with global initiatives under ESSA, creating the process of “supply-chain management to humans.”

Indianapolis was chosen as the ideal location to announce this campaign because Vice President Pence and Congressman Todd Rokita have played an important role. Repeated attempts have been made to Congressman Rokita to point out the problems with ESSA codifying Common Core and solidifying federal control of education. Why he keeps denying that Common Core is in ESSA and claims it gives education back to the states is a mystery. Surely, he hopes Hoosiers won’t wise up to his part in this betrayal of our kids and constitution before the next election.

He has been asked to step forward, admit his error and take action to get rid of it before he expects the
voters to make him the next Hoosier senator.

Anita Hoge, an expert witness on privacy and data tracking and an educational consultant leads this challenge opposing ESSA and the loop holes in FERPA and the child abuse in the classroom that is inherent in them. Their motto is Repeal ESSA/Restore FERPA.

The press conference video may be seen at www.childabuseintheclassroom.com/indiana-press-conference.html From this site you may register and join in opposition to child abuse in the classroom or become more knowledgeable about federalization of education.

This reporter/researcher is available to further explain more about ESSA including how Special-Ed students will be denied the funds designated for them, how classrooms will be the new psych wards, how all schools are to be included and how you can attempt to protect your children.

  1. We MUST end child abuse in the classroom and we need to start by repealing ESSA and restoring FERPA. We have requested a meeting with Rep. Rokita but so far all we have heard is crickets. This man wants to be a Senator but isn’t man enough to sit with some very well informed women and educate him on the bill he supported.
