Releasing the ‘Kraken’: Building a Case to Defeat the Fraud – by Jim Bratten

“Sinister… deeper and wider than even we thought… I’m going to release the Kraken,” proclaimed former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell. This mythical Nordic sea monster first appeared in the 1981 movie, Clash of the Titans, set free by the Greek god Poseidon to destroy the city of Argos as punishment for offending the goddess Thetis. The undersea creature is fearful, immense, and dangerous.

Powell used it as an analogy for what she wants to do to those who have launched a massive election fraud scheme to elect Joe Biden, the first Basement Candidate, as president. She knows the election was rigged and she’s incensed that someone would do that to her country, let alone a popular, successful, sitting president.

Along with attorneys E. Lin Wood, Rudy Giuliani, Jenna Ellis, Joe DiGenova, Victoria Toensing and others, Powell (who operates independently) wants to expose the corruption that stole an election. Her reputation as a former federal prosecutor is impeccable. She’s also the defense attorney for Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn and possesses a thorough understanding of the depth and dangers of the Deep State.

Lin Wood, an accomplished attorney from Georgia, is all about truth versus lies and knows Trump had a landslide win intentionally stolen. “They stole the election and now they’re trying to destroy the evidence.” Wood is the attorney who successfully defended a high school student from Covington, Kentucky, maligned and slandered by CNN and The Washington Post for standing his ground at the 2019 March for Life in Washington, DC.

As Trump’s attorney, Rudy Giuliani’s record and reputation are well known and he has the lead role in the effort.

Some claims by the Trump legal team are: 1) Lack of security and oversight of mail-in ballots; 2) Direction by many election officials to election workers in several states to violate election statutes; 3) Eviction of Republican observers, who were kept from inspecting ballots in many cities, and the unreasonable physical distances from the ballot examination process; 4) Instances of “over-voting” in many cities and states (more ballots cast than registered voters available); and 5) Arrival of thousands of ballots, all marked for Joe Biden, at large municipal count centers in several cities, under the cover of darkness, after the vote count was suspended.

On top of these there are the constitutional issues: illegal actions to override the state legislatures’ constitutional function as the sole source of electoral decisions, by state governors and courts, in an attempt to change standing election law by edict; and violation of the Fourteenth Amendment’s equal protection clause in favoring certain jurisdictions over others.

Then there’s the widespread voting machine fraud. Dominion Voting Systems has voting machines in use in over half the states. Originally designed in Venezuela to swing elections in favor of that nation’s former dictator and funded in part by Cuba, these have been used all over the world to fix elections. Dominion uses Smartmatic algorithms that can be reconfigured via the Internet, to change votes. Trump’s legal team is demanding investigations into Dominion and Smartmatic, who’s CEO, Peter Neffenger, ran the TSA in Obama’s DHS and is now on Joe Biden’s “transition team.”

Sidney Powell and the other attorneys have been very busy amassing documents, depositions and affidavits for a civil trial. This time, however, a voter fraud case won’t be “tried in the press.” So pundits can quit whining about evidence. Keep your collective pants on; everything will come out during discovery, in a court of law, as it’s meant to be. Comment on it then; no prognostications to shape public opinion this time. This case has to be for all the marbles so it can never happen again.

It’s time for answers and indictments. If our election system is owned by one political party, it’s bye-bye republic.

  1. Question for you, should we just sit back and wait until this happens and then this brain melt takes place, or is it time to get up and take our country back?
Kind of a dang if we do, dang if we don’t scenario.
How much further do we let them steal our country?
